Conditions of Service

  1. All articles must be claimed within one (1) month from the date of receipt, after which we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of articles.

  2. We will not be liable for shrinkage, fading, fastness of color, defects due to manufacturer, buttons or ornaments that cannot stand cleaning or pressing or deterioration caused by wear and tear. No liability for Load Wash.

  3. Curtain Cleaning Services: Prolonged hanging of curtains and constant exposure to sunlight, heat and humidity may result in the weakening and degradation of the fabric. As such, despite utmost care taken during the cleaning process, holes, tears or fabric discoloration may occur or be apparant. Progressive shrinkage may occur because of the inherent nature of the fabric or because it was not completely preshrunk. For the above reasons, the company do not accept liability for damage to curtain.

  4. All ornaments and buttons like plastic, glass, metal types etc, must be removed by customers before cleaning. We will not bear responsibility for lost of any items or parts of garment.

  5. Stains will be removed upon request and at customer's risk. Complete removal may not be always possible.

  6. Customers are reminded that it is an offence under the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance to send bedding, clothing or other articles which have been in contact with infectious diseases to a public wash house.

  7. Liability for lost or damaged article for which we may accept liability, without prejudice, is limited to the fair value of the article at the time it was received. Fair value takes into consideration the depreciation in value of the article due to age, fashion, usage, and is capped up to10 times the laundry charge or S$100, whichever is lower. All claims are to be made within two (2) days upon delivery of the articles.

  8. The article, whether partially or completely damaged, will be retained by Just Relax Laundry Pte Ltd upon settlement of claim.

  9. Customers are encouraged to check items immediately upon delivery. Otherwise a $5 transport surcharge will be imposed for request to pick up/return unsatisfactory or missing items within the next 48 hours after the delivery is made. Claims made after 48 hours will not be valid.
