Should there be any problems encountered with the housekeepers assigned to your home, inform us and we will take appropriate remedial action. In addition, Just Relax Home Service assigns professionally trained cleaners to ensure the well-being of your home. You can be assured of quality service at affordable prices.
Just Relax Home Service will assign 2 trained housekeepers to your home on a regular basis. However, in cases when the housekeeper goes on leave or resigns, our management will assign another of our housekeepers to clean your home and you will be given prior notification of the necessary changes. This is to ensure continuity of work.
Yes! All our housekeepers are required to go through a specific training scheme before they are allowed to take on assignments and are equipped with all the necessary skills to handle your household chores competently. With your home being such an integral part of you, it is definitely safer to trust the professional with its maintenance.
Generally, Just Relax Home Service will provide all cleaning agents and equipment, with the exceptions of the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Just Relax Home Service recommends that the client deposit theirs keys in our key box. Security is assured as your keys will be safely locked up in our office safe and only our management and the housekeeper assigned to handling your house will have access to your house keys on the day of cleaning. This allows for the cleaning to be done during working hours and you will be able to return home to a clean cozy home after a long hard day of work. However, please note that if otherwise preferred, the client can make the necessary arrangements with our management.
